Playhouse Creatures by April De Angelis tells the story of the first women professional actors in England. These real historical women come to spirited life in a backstage dramedy that is both comedic and poignant. A five-person cast gives an intimate portrait of theatrical life. This script does contain some adult language and adult situations. We rate it PG-13!
