- The first Thursday performance of each Mainstage and SaukSeconds production is a Pay What You Can Preview Night. There are no advance sales for preview performances. Tickets go on sale one hour prior to the performance on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no assigned seating for preview performances.
- Online sales end one hour prior to the performance. Remaining tickets will be sold at the door.
- There are no refunds or exchanges. All ticket sales are final.
- Keeping with fire code and safety regulations, no babes in arms are allowed in the auditorium. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket for entry.
- Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time in the production. This may be the first available scene change or intermission.

OVER THE PHONE - The box office at the theatre opens eight days prior to all Mainstage and SaukSeconds productions. Customers can only use their credit cards to purchase tickets over the phone. We do not take unpaid reservations. The box office can be contacted by calling 517-849-9100.
IN PERSON - The box office at the theatre opens eight days prior to all Mainstage and SaukSeconds productions. We accept cash, check and credit cards as payment for in-person sales.

The Sauk Box Office, located in the theatre lobby at 240 E. Chicago Street in Jonesville, is now open through December 14 for in-person and phone sales. Box office hours are Mondays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesdays from 3 to 6 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays from 12-3 p.m. and Saturdays from 12-2 p.m. The box office is also open one hour prior to all performances. Tickets are available 24/7 online. Online tickets are available until one hour prior to a performance.
