  • OVER THE PHONE - The box office at the theatre opens eight days prior to all Mainstage and SaukSeconds productions. Customers can only use their credit cards to purchase tickets over the phone. We do not take unpaid reservations. The box office can be contacted by calling 517-849-9100. 

  • IN PERSON - The box office at the theatre opens eight days prior to all Mainstage and SaukSeconds productions. We accept cash, check and credit cards as payment for in-person sales.  

Box Office Policies

The Sauk Box Office is now open for in-person and phone sales. The box office is located inside the theatre lobby at 240 E. Chicago St. in Jonesville, Michigan. Box office hours are Monday through Saturday from 12-2 p.m. Tickets are also available in-person at the Hillsdale County Fairgrounds beginning 45-minutes prior to each performance. Tickets are available 24/7 online. Online tickets are available until two hours prior to a performance.

  • The first Thursday performance of each Mainstage and SaukSeconds production is a Pay What You Can Preview Night. There are no advance sales for preview performances. Tickets go on sale two hours prior to the performance on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no assigned seating for preview performances. 
  • Online sales end one hour prior to the performance. Remaining tickets will be sold at the door.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges. All ticket sales are final.
  • Keeping with fire code and safety regulations, no babes in arms are allowed in the auditorium. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket for entry. 
  • Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time in the production. This may be the first available scene change or intermission.
